Easter Sunday

With our church now meeting Saturday evenings, it felt odd not to wake up and go to church Easter morning! But we had plenty of fun activities and yummy meals to fill our day!

We started off with an Easter egg hunt. The eggs were hidden outside about an hour before the hunt, and I expressed my concern to Josh that the ants might find the jelly bean filled eggs before the kids did. Little did I know our biggest concern should have been the squirrels! Two eggs were found like this...


Aiden LOVED hunting the eggs. Caleb could have cared less and just followed along behind Aiden.




The Easter bunny left another basket by the last egg! Aiden showing off his spoils!


We decorated eggs in the afternoon, which was abruptly ended by Aiden knocking over a cup of blue dye, nearly staining our entire table and floor blue. Thank goodness for Clorox wipes!



And Grammy was here to celebrate with us all weekend!
