Da Da

Aiden and I are in Pittsburgh this week visiting Grammy and Auntie Missy. Sadly Daddy had to stay home and work. For a couple months now Aiden has been making "da da da da da" sounds but did not associate those sounds with Daddy. On our first night here, though, I'm thinking Daddy's absense caused something to click. Every hour in the middle of the night, Aiden would push up and say "Da Da? Da Da?" When I picked him up to feed him, he kept looking around. "Da Da? Da Da?" If he hadn't kept me up all night calling for "Da Da" I would have thought he was absolutely darling! But I understand. We're both missing Da Da and we can't wait to see him in a couple days!
