Aiden turned TWO on December 28! Grammy gave him a special breakfast and present on his actual birthday, but we saved the real celebrating for today. Plenty of friends came out to wish Aiden a happy birthday at his Cars birthday party! We planned playtime activities for the kiddos by converting an old sandbox into an indoor ball pit (a huge hit!) and lining the coffee table with doodle paper. Mommy even made a special race track cake complete with Lighting McQueen and checkered flags! Aiden had a ball opening presents, blowing out his candle, eating cake, and soaking up the attention! He especially enjoyed having Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Laura in town to help him celebrate.
