This afternoon we headed out to the Virginia State Fair. We enjoyed ourselves immensely despite the fact that everything was ridiculously overpriced. We saw barn animals, rode down a giant slide on a potato sack, ate ice cream, watched wild pigs race, and checked out the state's largest pumpkin (1057 pounds!)
Sadly most of our pictures did not turn out, but the best photos of the day came from Aiden's first ever pony ride! He was definitely a reluctant rider at first, and the attendant even said she wouldn't charge us if he bailed, but he ended up loving it!
