Update: Super Glue Conspiracy

Almost five weeks after birth, Aiden has finally relinguished his umbilical cord! In honor of the occasion, I took some "bare belly" photos! Isn't he cute? And as you can see, bath time is still not well received! Hopefully Aiden will enjoy tub baths more than he enjoys sponge baths, but I have my doubts!

Other news regarding development - Aiden weighed in at 8lbs 9oz on Monday, which means that he gained 2oz a day for the past ten days! (He last weighed in at 7lbs 4oz on Jan 18.) We're starting to see rolls of baby fat on his arms and legs, and he's growing in to more and more of his adorable outfits! He is also getting stronger; he gains more control of his arms and neck every day. And he's been gracing us with the most sweet, fleeting smiles! We're so in love with our little boy!

Anyway, here's the proof that he's finally free of the umbilical cord...
